Silver Cottages is pleased to team with Lakedale Resort at Three Lakes to offer a 1978 Sovereign Airstream™ at Lakedale Resort, at a premier lakefront campsite, during May 1 through October 31, 2009.
Lakedale Resort at Three Lakes
The perfect setting for an Airstream™ vacation, Lakedale Resort is located on scenic San Juan Island. Activities onsite at the 82 acre resort include swimming, fishing, and hiking, and also row boat and canoe rentals. Guests may venture off the resort to historic Friday Harbor and its 2009 centennial events, or to explore San Juan Island and activities such as whale watching, biking, sea kayaking, and boating. The inter-Island ferry makes Orcas Island and Lopez Island accessible by car, bike, or as a walk aboard the ferry.
The 1978 Sovereign Airstream™ at Lakedale
The fully-equipped vintage Airstream™ at Lakedale accommodates up to four occupants, and is recommended for up to three adults, or two adults and two children. This 31 foot model includes a kitchenette with a four burner stove and oven, refrigerator and microwave, dinette table, ample closets, bath facilities, and heat and air. A vintage model true to its original design, the Sovereign was marketed as a luxury travel trailer in 1978. Modern day amenities give it updated comforts, including Cuisinart™ cookware and small appliances. Equipped with bed and bath linens, and Molton Brown Bath products, the Sovereign campsite includes outdoor furnishings and a private deck.

For reservations, please call Lakedale Resort at 800-617-2267. Ask about the “Airstream Flashback” package, which includes a $10 per night breakfast voucher, hot cocoa, travel mugs, and a harmonica, all to help create an Airstream™ ambiance.
If Unavailable
If you call for a reservation at Lakedale and the Airstream™ is booked during all of your desired dates, it may still be possible to reserve a campsite at Lakedale Resort and arrange to have Silver Cottages deliver another Airstream™ to the Lakedale campgrounds. In fact, for Silver Cottages customers renting the campsite from Lakedale Resort (at the rack rate) and an Airstream directly from Silver Cottages, Lakedale will provide a $19.09 gift card at check-in for use in the resort’s general store, in the spirit of 1909, the year 100 year old Friday Harbor was founded.
